My niece and I had a really nice time. MISS PATTY at the bar was so very nice. She was very much fun and wonderful to talk to. The food she made was really good and she did a great job on our drinks. She was wonderful with her customers. Don't let her go!! The hotel is in a very good spot for restaurants and places to go to. It was really nice, and we both want to thank you for not being so expensive to stay there. So many places but don't understand why they have to charge so much money to stay at their places and they don't even have a place to have a drink or eat. So, thank you! We can't afford an arm and a leg to just have a short trip with some of the prices the hotels cost so thank you! Plus, have nice people to talk too! Miss Patty was wonderful!!

This hotel was very clean, quiet, great location and has a great breakfast. Something a bit different daily! I had a few small "sanfoos" but they were resolved fairly quickly. I had an issue with the AC in my original room. They gave me a fan and moved me to a new room the next day. The new room coffee maker wasn't working, they brought me up a new one. I got food poisoning (NOT FROM HOTEL) and my toilet wasn't working properly. They brought me up a Plunger (which was a bit odd) This didn't fix problem. The next day I told them it was not a "clogged" issue, I knew it was the flow valve or flapper. I told them this and it was fixed that day. Great hotel would recommend!

When we check in the room had a smell the staff was able to change rooms without any problems.Also did not get the names of the staff they were extremely helpful and friendly. So hopefully they will be told about their their excellent care. The only thing was the ajoining rooms I understand why we could not get them. But the girls (4)of them were disappointed ages 8 to 13. Also the breakfast buffet was the greatest could not have for anything more. This is the 4th time we have stayed with you for VB sale and will continue too. Thank you Theresa

Great stay I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The entire facility is very clean the free breakfast is very good . we did not use the pool but did see several people using the pool.One of the best parts of this stay was the front desk employees they go out of their way to help with anything you may want or need especially Jennifer what a wonderful lady !!!! When we are in Fort Wayne this will be our place to stay!!!! Thanks to the staff for making this a great stay!!!!

The bed was clean and super comfortable. The pillows were also really comfy! It was a great location by a lot of restaurants, etc. The room was very clean. Loved the bathroom mirror light. The water was always hot. The toilet, shower, and jacuzzi tub were all very clean. I feel like the jets could have been cleaner though. Staff members were nice. Plenty of channels to choose to watch. The bar prices were actually really affordable.
